Restorative Healing Therapy brings balance to the central nervous system, helping to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety felt in the body. Our daily lives can quickly feel overwhelming by what seems out of our control. Our cumulative experiences of trauma, stress and anxiety often contribute to how we respond to daily shifts.

Restorative Healing Therapy:

  • assists the transition from a state of Sympathetic dominance to a balance with a Parasympathetic state

  • it initiates the move from ‘fight, flight, freeze or fawn’ into a ‘state of rest and restore,’ and helps to renew a sense of well-being.

  • integrates Craniosacral Therapy (CST) with a therapeutic technique for re-educating the nervous system

  • restores a natural state of deep sustained rest

  • is a trauma-informed modality

Each Restorative Healing Therapy appointment is reserved for 90 minutes, and the fee is $120

  • the bodywork component is about an hour up to 70 minutes

  • sessions are not timed because they can vary in length, dependent on circumstances.

Additionally, I offer Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) to assist in reducing general edema/swelling.

  • MLD accelerates the recovery from joint replacement surgery or injuries like sprains and strains

  • MLD is used to help patients maintain health in regions where lymph nodes have been removed during cancer surgery

  • MLD can be added to a session of CST or can be experienced as a single treatment.

Everyone is invited and welcome to my practice of bodywork therapy. I welcome LGBTQIA persons and I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming space.
